She assumes a consultative role to understand and quickly respond to clients’ needs and concerns. Brittany’s background equips her to anticipate issues and proactively provide solutions, easing administrative burdens and strengthening client relationships.

Prior to joining Shepherd Financial in 2017, Brittany spent five years with OneAmerica as a Relationship Manager in Retirement Services. She has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry and has earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) professional designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). She has also received the Tax-Exempt & Governmental Plan Consultant (TGPC) designation from the National Tax-Deferred Savings Association (NTSA), a division of ASPPA.

Brittany lives in Carmel with her husband, Rick, and two daughters, Molly and Maren. She graduated from the Butler University Lacy School of Business with a degree in Marketing. Brittany enjoys Butler basketball, spending time outdoors with her family, and walks with their dogs, Tito and Benji. They are members of Cornerstone Lutheran Church in Carmel.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
