He has advised retirement plans for 15 years, receiving the National Association of Plan Advisors’ Top 50 Advisors Under 40 twice in that time. His passion is helping plan participants transform financial behavior through thoughtful solutions in plan design and employee education.

Prior to forming Shepherd Financial, Tom spent 11 years with Capital Analysts of the Midwest. In 2007, Tom received the designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary® from the Center of Fiduciary Studies™ in association with the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.

He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Financial Counseling and Planning. In the community, Tom enjoys volunteering as a wish granter at the local chapter of Make-A-Wish. He resides with his wife, Erin, and their two daughters in Fishers.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
